The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery (EU customers have a legal right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason – in line with EU consumer protection laws).
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and labels intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards


2. Return Process


Request a Return:

3. Refunds


Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.


4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

For orders shipped outside the US, EU, or UK:
